Pelagius is an Imperial Blade who resides at Cloud Ruler Temple in the Jerall Mountains north of Bruma. He is Fortis's sparring partner, although no other details about their friendship are revealed.
After waking up at 5am, he and Fortis head out to the sparring area, where they chat for a moment before starting to spar at 6am. They will spar all day, stopping at 9pm, when they head to bed. If you observe them during their sparring, your Block and Blade skills will increase.
Pelagius wears a full set of Blades armor, including the boots, cuirass, gauntlets, greaves, and helmet. He wields an akaviri katana and a Blades shield. When sleeping, he changes into a brown shirt and light brown linens. His only other possession is a small sum of gold.
Pelagius is always too busy to chat and will instead point you to Jena or Captain Steffan.

- Pelagius is probably named after one of the Imperial Emperors named Pelagius. The most (in)famous was Emperor Pelagius III, also known as Pelagius the Mad; see The Madness of Pelagius for more information.
