Ilend Vonius outside Kvatch

Ilend Vonius is the only surviving soldier from the group of soldiers sent into Oblivion to close the gate during the siege of Kvatch. When you encounter him, you can either ask him to help you close the gate or send him back to Tamriel, where he will be available to help in the next stage of the quest.

  • When you meet him in the Oblivion gate, you can get his armor without a bounty by telling him to come with you and pushing him into the Lava. His armor is useful for low leveled characters who are majored in Light Armor.
