Savlian Matius, an Imperial soldier, is the Captain of the Kvatch guard. He helped many people escape the terrible daedric attack on the city. However, Brother Martin and more survivors along with two guards were trapped in the Chapel. You'll work with him both in rescuing the survivors and liberating the city. Once you have liberated Castle Kvatch he can be found in the middle of Castle Kvatch's ruined Great Hall.

- Find the Heir: You must head to Kvatch to find the illegitimate heir to the throne, Martin Septim, true son of Uriel Septim.
- Breaking the Siege of Kvatch: You must help defeat the Daedra invaders and end the siege of Kvatch.
- The Battle for Castle Kvatch: Try to save the Count of Kvatch, and rid the city of any remaining Daedra.
- Allies for Bruma: You are asked to bring in reinforcements for Bruma from the other towns.
