Nileno Dorvayn

Nileno Dorvayn at the Hlaalu Council Manor in Balmora keeps the Hlaalu business going while the Councilors are away. However, no Hlaalu Councilors actually reside in Balmora. Nileno Dorvayn is nevertheless one of the essential Great House Hlaalu quest givers. She offers major training in Short Blade, medium training in Light Armor and Security, and a supply of master level thieves' tools for sale, whether or not you are a member of the House.
