Speak with Sirilonwe at the Mages Guild in Vivec, Foreign Quarter Plaza, once Shashev is dead to receive her next quest. She will ask you to retrieve three portions of Vampire Dust to aid her in her research.

[edit] Finding the Dust

The dust can be commonly found on dead vampires, or the occasional alchemy shop that has it in stock (Ald'ruhn Mages Guild, Sadrith Mora, Balmora and Tel Aruhn all have alchemists that carry it, although they may not want to deal with you if you're a vampire).

Return to Sirilonwe with the three portions of vampire dust to receive the Amulet of Gem Feeding as a reward.
