1. Talk to Sirilonwe about her need to get someone killed.
2. Travel to the Ald'ruhn's Ald-Skar Inn.
3. Kill Shashev.
4. Return to Sirilonwe with Shashev's key.

Speak with Sirilonwe at the Mages Guild in Vivec, Foreign Quarter Plaza, and mention someone killed.

[edit] Shashev's Key

Sirilonwe will ask you to kill her rival Shashev in Ald'ruhn's Ald-Skar Inn and bring back his key. Taunt & kill Shashev and take anything you like from his corpse, including the key and his enchanted ring. Return to Sirilonwe with Shashev's key to complete the quest.
