Leigelf is a Nord miner who owns and works at the Quicksilver Mine in Dawnstar. He often will denounce the Iron-Breaker Mine and its workers, saying that his mine is better. When asked, he also will voice his distaste for Jarl Skald. He will buy off any quicksilver ore that you bring him. He used to be married to Beitild, who now runs Iron-Breaker Mine.
He wears a set of miner's clothes and a pair of boots, and is equipped with a pickaxe. He carries a key to the his house and a selection of common loot and gold.
