Teinaava in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary

Teinaava is an Argonian Rogue and assassin living in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in Cheydinhal. He is the twin brother (biologically, not just a guild-brother) of Ocheeva, who is in charge of the Sanctuary. He has one quest for you which is outside the normal line of quests for the Brotherhood. It seems an old friend of his and Ocheeva's, Scar-Tail, has gone renegade and fled Black Marsh, and he wants you to track him down and kill him. Also, if you ask him, Teinaava will provide hints and advice about your main assignments; his advice is typically more useful than that provided by the other guild members.
