Ocheeva is a female Argonian Assassin who is the head of the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in Cheydinhal. She is the second quest-giver for the faction. Her twin brother, Teinaava, is also in the guild.

• Bad Medicine: Cure the sickly warlord Roderick at Fort Sutch: a spoonful of sugar, a pint of poison.
• Whodunit?: Summitmist Manor; there were six on the night of last and then there were none... save one.
• Permanent Retirement: Adamus Phillida spent years looking for the Brotherhood, assure him they’ve always been “right behind him.”
