Brother Piner is a male Imperial Monk living at Weynon Priory. After first speaking to Jauffre, he will give you a copy of The Warp in the West, a Block skill book. He will tell you a good deal about the relationship between the monastic Order of Talos and The Blades. He can be killed during the attack on Weynon Priory. Assuming he survives the attack he may make occasional trips in to Chorrol, and visits Seed-Neeus in Northern Goods and Trade.
He wears a curious mix of lower and middle-class attire: a monk robe and pigskin shoes. He also carries the Block skill book The Warp in the West, which he may give to you; a bread loaf he will consume and a meagre amount of gold. He is armed with an akaviri katana. He could also obtain different objects on his travels to Chorrol. [verification needed — Not sure about this one: what should he be acquiring? I couldn't find anything in the CS]
