The Telvanni Tower

The Telvanni Tower is a library and gathering place for House Telvanni in the Telvanni Plaza of Vivec.

This tower seems somewhat larger on the inside than the outside. On the lower level, there is a small library, which contains 3 skill books. Two moderate level Trainers are found here as well. The upper level has a small garden with some Kreshweed growing in it. The closet by the bed contains a Flamemirror Robe. Everything here that can be taken is the property of Mavon Drenim, and there are no guards present, so if you've carried out the Morag Tong writ on him, you should be able to freely take anything you find, even if there are other witnesses. A hallway from the outer ring leads downstairs to the Telvanni Vaults and Prison Cells.
