Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Galos Mathendis at the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora for chores.
2. Find some Daedra skin to deliver to Master Aryon.
3. Give the skin to Master Aryon in Tel Vos to complete the quest.

Detailed Walkthrough

Chores

Galos Mathendis in the Telvanni Council House in Sadrith Mora will ask you to find some Daedra Skin to deliver to Master Aryon in Tel Vos.

Daedra Skin

Daedra Skin is not actually found on any Daedra, with the exception of one quest-specific Daedroth, Menta Na. Your best bet is to find a vendor that stocks it. See Daedra Skin for a list of locations where you can find it.

This bug is fixed by the Morrowind Patch Project. As of patch level 1.6.4, Daedra Skin can be dropped by clannfears, daedroths, hungers, ogrims, and ogrim titans.

Take the Daedra skin to Master Aryon in Tel Vos to complete the quest and receive 300 drakes and the Paralysis spell.

Notes

• Getting to the entrance to Aryon's Chamber without levitation can be difficult, but it's not impossible. There is a doorway to a ledge above the ledge that enters his tower, and it can be accessed from the inside. From there you can jump down to Aryon's ledge. However, levitating might be easier.
