• Mage's Circlet
• Novice Hood
• Savos Aren's Amulet

Artifacts and unique items that use the effect but cannot be disenchanted include:

• Amulet of Julianos
• Archmage's Robes
• The Gauldur Amulet
• Gauldur Amulet Fragment
• Helmet of the Old Gods
• Nahkriin
• Necromancer Amulet

Other

• The Blessing of Julianos provides 25 pts additional Magicka
• The Highborn ability gives Altmer 50 pts additional Magicka
• The Atronach Stone provides 50 pts additional Magicka (among other effects)

Bugs

• Italian language: Some Alchemical components have the property of "fortifica Magicka" and others, "fortifica magicka". The different capital letter makes two correct ingredients unmixable. ^?
