Oblivion:Human Skin

The ingredient Human Skin is only found as already-collected samples. It is not possible to extract skin from dead NPCs. Also, human skin cannot be duplicated in the Arch Mage's Enchanted Chest. In addition, its alchemical effects are identical to those of scamp skin.

• 1 sample is in Claudius Arcadia's Basement in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District.
• 1 sample is in the Leyawiin Mages Guild (second floor west).
