Eitar

Eitar is a Nord smith working at The Dividing Line in Leyawiin. He offers repair services, as well as basic training in Armorer, but he doesn't sell anything. He is married to Margarte.

He seems to be trying to start a riot between the Argonians and Khajiits living in town. When first encountered he may comment that "I'm Eitar. Say. Did you hear what that Argonian said? What's-his-name? You know who I'm talking about... He said any Argonian can kick any Khajiit's butt to breakfast any day of the week. You believe that? I think he's wrong. I KNOW Khajiit can kick Argonian butt. Any time. Any where. And you can tell everyone I said so" or that "I'm Eitar. Say. Did you hear what that Khajiit said? What's-his-name? You know who I'm talking about... He said any Khajiit can kick any Argonian's butt to breakfast any day of the week. You believe that? I think he's wrong. I KNOW Argonians can kick Khajiit butt. Any time. Any where. And you can tell everyone I said so", depending on your race and a random chance. When asked about Leyawiin, he will tell most people that "I think it's a disgrace that Argonians can swagger around Leyawiin, boasting how they whupped this Khajitt[sic, not Khajiit] silly, and beat that Khajjit[sic] to a pulp", although for Argonians he changes that to "I think it's a disgrace that Khajjit[sic] can swagger around Leyawiin, boasting how they whupped this Argonian silly, and beat that Argonian to a pulp."

The other residents of Leyawiin know what he has been getting up to and will ask "Did you hear Eitar stirring things up again?" or "Have you seen Eitar making trouble again with the Khajiits and Argonians?". Even his wife is getting tired of his antics. When she needs help finding ingredients, she will say in disgust that "And heavens forfend that my husband, Eitar, devote a few minutes from his all-consuming hobby... stirring up trouble between Khajiits and Argonians, to help me find ingredients"
