Daldur Sarys

Daldur Sarys is a hostile Dunmer agent who can be found in Saturan. He is the leader of the local bandit ring, and has been troubling Suran for some time. Percius Mercius will send you, as part of a Fighters Guild quest, to find and kill Daldur and his fellow bandits. If you can manage to speak to him, he offers medium training in Short Blade, Light Armor, and Sneak.
