Shaman's Ring

A ring that bears a powerful Command enchantment, allowing you to control NPCs of 30 levels or less. The additional Blind effect will either help or hinder the NPC's aim in combat, depending on the version of Morrowind you are playing with.

The ring cannot currently be obtained without the use of console commands.
