Similarity to Oblivion Note

Anyone else notice the similarity in the title of this note and the "Hastily SCRAWLED note" from oblivion? I was thinking this page may need to be linked to "easter eggs" as well as books. the subject matter of the 2 notes seems to be very different based on my hazy memory of oblivion in regards to the note and this one. the link to the other page is listed below.
