Plautis Rusonius is a male Imperial who serves as the cook in Battlehorn Castle after the Battlehorn Kitchen Area is purchased. He will provide you with any wine the cellar has in stock, plus cheese, grapes, strawberries, mutton, Shepherd's Pie, and sweetrolls.
He sleeps from midnight to 5am in the room he shares with Shagrol gro-Uzug and then eats breakfast at the room's small table until 7am. After that, it's off to work and he spends until 7pm pacing around in his kitchen. At 7, he heads to the East Wing for four hours, presumably to supervise dinner, then it's back to the kitchen at 11pm before bed at midnight.
