Helland (or North Hall)[1] is a town found in south-central Hammerfell, found in between the city-states of Taneth, Rihad, and Elinhir.[2]
Helland has been in existence since at least the Tiber War, around 2E 862.[2] During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late-Third Era, the town of North Hall was an active settlement was ruled by Baroness Krolunki and had a rivalry with Riverpoint.[3] Helland is neighbored by several settlements, including Cartmont to the west, Vulkneu Town to the north, Stonedale to the east, and Stonemoor to the south.[1] It was still in existence during the Fourth Era.[4]
