        Type:   Faction

     Returns:   short

     Example:   if ( "Shunari Eye-Fly"->SameFaction == 1 )

     Scripts:   Not Used, only used in dialogue

Returns 1 if player is in the faction of the calling NPC, or 0 otherwise.
