Morrowind FPS Optimizer is a tool used to optimize in-game FPS by using dynamic View Distance change. It started as a small program for changing view distance in game with simple mouse wheel scroll, but later it became a sort of morrowind tweaking utility.

One of the options of Morrowind FPS Optimizer is N-Patch (ATI TruForm) technology, which greatly improves game's graphics quality.
