This userbox allows you to indicate that you can be found on the UESPWiki IRC chatroom, and optionally to indicate how often. (Note: Currently, you can use any word in place of the default "frequently", including silly things like "never". You will still show up in the category of "Users Who Frequent the IRC chatroom", however.)
