Possible bug[edit]

Whenever I loot a dwarven shield off of a bandit it becomes stolen. It is fixed if I drop the shield and pick it up again. It's happened to me a few times now on different characters. I'm on Xbox. Babette 16:58, 17 June 2012 (UTC)

Odd visual glitch[edit]

Occasionally, upon loading, my Dwarven armor appears as the type of robes beggars wear. I still get the armor rating, but for some reason they show up as robes. unequipping and then equipping them again fixes this. Atomic223 20:18, 25 June 2012 (UTC)

Ancient knowledge fixed?[edit]

Ancient knowledge is mentioned in the notes section. I believe it has been patched. it does not apply to all armor types. — Unsigned comment by 67.164.33.239 (talk) at 04:44 on 27 August 2012

What about adding a column for locations "blocked by quest"[edit]

hello the mineral sources is really great when a player is searching for this kind of information however I feel like a column could be added to show whether or not the location is blocked unless you have done or are currently doing a specific quest like for example : Irkngthand thoughts ? — Unsigned comment by 84.101.149.153 (talk) at 07:50 on 13 September 2012‎

On first glance, I think there's only three or four which you cannot enter freely upon starting the game. Rather than adding a column for this, how about using an {{intnote}} instead? See this page for an example of it being used. In this case, we would only need one, rather than four as used on that page, but it might be better to do this than add a whole separate column. — ABCface 14:09, 13 September 2012 (GMT)

Pots and urns[edit]

What about Dwemer Pots and Dwemer Urns? They seem to be "Dwarven" items as well and can be used to decorate your house. — Unsigned comment by 5.147.205.63 (talk) at 01:57 on 18 November 2013‎

They don't serve a functional purpose and are merely aesthetic. This page is entirely about the metal used to craft and the armor crafted by it; the pots and urns are unrelated to this topic. Vely►t►e 03:57, 18 November 2013 (GMT)

USKP Allows Dwemer Scrap Metal to be Smelted[edit]

The main article needs to include a note that the Unofficial Skyrim Patch now lets you smelt "Dwemer Scrap Metal." However, I don't know how to add the patch bullet to the page. FrozenWolf150 (talk) 04:58, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

So noted. Thanks for pointing it out! Robin Hood  (talk) 21:56, 2 July 2015 (UTC)

Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow[edit]

The Enhanced Dwarven Crossbow seems to have the exact stats as the vanilla crossbow, other than what is required to make one. So what would be the advantage of using the Enhanced model? — Unsigned comment by ‎209.166.87.57 (talk) at 03:01 on 5 September 2015 (UTC)

The enhanced version ignores fifty percent of a target's armor value. --AKB Talk Cont Mail 03:01, 5 September 2015 (UTC)
