The Entrance to the Frozen Hearth Inn

The Frozen Hearth is an inn located at the city of Winterhold.

In addition to the proprietor Haran and the bartender Dagur, regular visitors include Eirid, Nelacar, and Ranmir. Nelacar is a spell merchant, as detailed on his NPC page.
