Hag's End is found within the Deepwood Vale outdoor area. It is only accessible via Deepwood Redoubt and can only be left that same way. Deepwood Redoubt is found in the mountains west of Dragon Bridge, slightly southwest of the barrow Volskygge. Once inside, a hagraven leader will engage you in combat and she will teleport to different rooms as you deal damage to her and kill her minions.

 Hag's End
On the first floor, you will find a dining hall to the left behind an iron door. The dining hall is where you will first encounter the hagraven leader and some witches. Deal some damage to the hagraven and she will teleport to a room on the third floor. In the dining hall, you will find a cooking pot and two additional connecting rooms. The bedroom is found to the left of the dining table and has an alchemy lab and straight ahead of the dining hall entrance is a chamber. Be cautious as you enter that chamber as there may be runes placed on the ground. To the right of the chamber's entrance is a stairway that will take you to the second floor.
As you the top of the flight of stairs, be aware of the pressure plate that releases a battering ram. Turn right and you will enter a room with a throne. You can find a copy of the skill book Mystery of Talara, Part 4 on a table to the left after entering the room. Behind the throne is a hidden room in which you can find the Assassin of Old. The switch used to enter this hidden room is right behind the throne but it will not appear if you do not have the associated quest started. To the right is a lever that will release a drawbridge. Cross the bridge and as you go down the hall way, you will notice a room to the left. In this room, you will encounter a Frostbite Spider. On a mantle to the right of the fire, you will find the Hag's End Key and there is a copy of The Legend of Red Eagle in the room as well. At the end of the hallway, there will be a fork. To the left is another room which you can unlock with the Hag's End key and there is a treasure chest inside. To the right of the fork, activate the lever that will open the gate to the stairway and set off a spear trap.
The hagraven awaits as you reach the top of the stairway. Deal some more damage to the hagraven and kill the witches in the room. There is an oil slick that you may find useful in dealing with the witches. On top of the pedestal, there is a copy of the Spell Tome:Flames. Activate the chain in the center of the room to open the gate to the next room. In this large chamber is a word wall with a word for the Slow Time shout. There is also an arcane enchanter on the other side of the chamber. Proceed to the exit to Deepwood Vale that will take you a balcony outside.
Once outside, finish off the hagraven who will attack you again. As you battle the hagraven, other leveled enemies may materialize (ice wraiths, frostbite spiders, and frost trolls). On the balcony where you kill the hagraven, there's a dead witch lying on an altar. Cradled in her left arm is Bloodthorn, a steel dagger with a three second soul trap enchantment. There is also a chest to the right as you come out of the exit.
Once you've dispensed with everything, try and work your way over to the waterfall (on the right facing out to the vale). There is a chest with decent loot and a pair of unique boots, Predator's Grace, next to the chest. Note the quicksilver ore vein nearby. If you can make it here, you can also keep climbing and find a way to reach the upper level of Hag's End from the rocks above, enabling you to get the word of power without clearing the rest of the dungeon.
