Cutter's Weapons is a blacksmith shop in Crucible, the demented half of New Sheoth. [edit]

The proprietor, Cutter, has 1200 gold and a Mercantile skill of 34.

Cutter can make you Madness armor or weapons, if you bring her the appropriate number of pieces of madness ore. If you also have the appropriate madness matrix, she can make magical madness weapons or armor. You cannot choose the enchantments on these. There is no money cost; the ore/matrix is removed from your inventory and replaced with the chosen item. The specific name and stats vary with level. There are a few places from which Madness ore can be stolen. Cutter will accept stolen ore.

The main trading room is on the lower floor, and consists of a forge, displays of Madness armor, and miscellaneous items. The upper floor consists of a bed, a desk, a table, and a few containers.
