Dialogue[edit]

Invitation to Orsinium[edit]

When you first approach her location near the Merchant's Gate, you'll hear the following:

Eveli Sharp-Arrow: "What are you doing? We can't let Chief Bazrag deal with the Winterborn by himself!"
Danual Saklin: "I didn't come all this way to die, Elf! That isn't what I signed up for!"
Eveli Sharp-Arrow: "Damn it! Where are all these Winterborn marauders coming from?"
Eveli Sharp-Arrow: "Anyone see where the chief and his warriors went? Anyone?"
Flies-In-Wind: "All I see is death and Ice-Heart's damn Winterborn. A whole lot of Winterborn …."

If you speak to her before talking to Eveli, she'll say any of the following:

"There were dozens—no, hundreds! We were attacked by hundreds of Winterborn!"
"You look brave. Braver than me, anyway. Are you going to go help Chief Bazrag?"
"Eveli wants us to help the Orcs, but I'm not going in there! Not with all those Winterborn marauders!"
"I just wanted to see the new city of Orsinium. I don't want to die!"

The Anger of a King[edit]

Decipher Eveli's cryptic message and you'll find her with a small contingent of Orsinium movers and shakers:

"I don't like when people raise their voices. It makes me all queasy inside."

After speaking to the priestess, Solgra will turn to Talviah Aliaria and Flies-In-Wind and delivers her orders:

High Priestess Solgra: "You two have your orders. Scout the temple exterior. The others will join you shortly."

The two exit the room.

Make your way to Paragon's Remembrance and you'll find her along with Talviah and Eveli:

"Those giant woolly crab things are more aggressive than I thought.
But you should speak to Eveli. She's been waiting for you to arrive."

After speaking to Eveli, she'll remark:

"I'll help Talviah and Eveli acquire a disguise, but I'm not good at pretending to be something I'm not. I hope that doesn't cause a problem or anything."

Make your way inside the fortress and you'll find the group already in disquise:

Eveli Sharp-Arrow: "This illusion is so weird. It looks like I'm wearing robes, but I feel so … unencumbered."
Flies-In-Wind: "This is like the time I licked one of our great hists. I feel so … exposed."
Talviah Aliaria: "It's merely an illusion bound to the amulet. Nothing to be concerned about. I've seen these used at festivals and grand balls back home."
Eveli Sharp-Arrow: "I wonder if they come in different colors?"

Speak to her before Eveli:

"Don't be alarmed. It's just me. I find this illusion spell to be quite … liberating.
Eveli has a plan. You should talk to her before we head out."

After speaking to Eveli, she and the Bosmer go off in a different direction from you and Talviah.

Enter the fortress and go through the ceremonies. Return to the entry and Eveli and Flies-In-Wind will be waiting for you.

"You're a pleasant scent in a dank swamp! What happened in there? The mood around here became very tense all of a sudden.
Wait, where's Talviah?"
If you killed Talviah:
If you killed the Vosh Rakh Council:
Talviah didn't make it.
"I knew something was wrong. I could feel it in the tip of my tail.
You better talk to Eveli. She's going to want to know what happened. This is a sad day. A very sad day."

After speaking to Eveli, she'll say:

"I'm sure Eveli will come around. Eventually.
It's you I'm worried about. The seeds of guilt are a heavy burden for anyone to bear."
Talviah's fine. What have you and Eveli been up to?
"The river doesn't always flow downstream, my friend. Did you know that these ruins appear bigger on the inside than they do from the outside? Ah, the mysteries of architecture!
But you should speak to Eveli. She's anxious to know what you found out."

After speaking to Eveli, she'll add:

"I'll wait right here for Talviah. Make sure he's safe.
Meanwhile, you should get back to Orsinium as soon as possible and help Chief Bazrag and the Wood Elf."

Long Live the King[edit]

Chief Bazrag will task you with gathering your allies for the king's funeral. If you sacrificed Talviah she'll say:

"I hope you're not here to take me on another adventure. I'm done with this wretched place. With you, the king, everyone.
I … I apologize. Talviah's death hit me harder than I realized. I know you did what was needed. Eveli told me as much."
Chief Bazrag wanted me to give this to you.
"Me? Why me?
Why does the chief want me to attend a funeral for the king who caused so much death and destruction? Even for Orcs, this makes no sense."
Come or not, it's up to you.
"I'll consider it. I guess it would be a chance to spit on the king one more time before I go.
Leave me for now. I'd like to finish packing Talviah's things by myself."

If you speak to her again, she'll say:

"I really don't want to talk to you any more right now.
I'll consider the chief's invitation. You'll either see me at the funeral, or you won't."

If you spared Talviah, Flies-In-Wind strangely does not get an invitation. She will still attend the funeral regardless, however.

Either way, Make your way to the Castle Overlook:

"I have never attended a funeral before. Things like this, they don't happen where I come from."

After Bazrag's speech:

"Orcs and their kings. They're almost as bad as the Bretons and High Elves.
Spatter mud on their clothes and they need to have them cleaned, just like the rest of us."

Back in the keep, if Talviah is alive, you'll hear:

Talviah Aliaria: "Will you return to Black Marsh, my friend? Or do you have another destination in mind?"
Flies-In-Wind: "As long as it's not here, I'll go wherever the current takes me."

Speak to her:

"To Kurog's lifeless body, long may it rot!"
