• 4 samples are in Weebam-Na's House in Leyawiin
• 4 samples are in Aldos Othran's House in Cheydinhal
• 4 samples are upstairs in Edgar's Discount Spells in the Market District
• 4 samples are in the basement of Wumeek's House in the Elven Gardens District
• 4 samples are in Surius Afranius' House

It can also be found randomly in the inventories of food vendors.
