Skjorta in Nord Winds, Bruma

Skjorta is a Nord merchant at Nord Winds in Bruma where she sells clothes.

She should be able to sell the unique Councilor's Hood, but someone mistakenly gave ownership of the chest it's contained in to S'Krivva (who is alphabetically next in the NPC list), a Thieves Guild operative in Bravil, instead. Since S'Krivva is not a merchant, even bringing her to Bruma will not work, so it seems, unfortunately, that this item is completely unavailable.

• This bug is fixed by the Unofficial Oblivion Patch.

• Her name means "shirt" in Norwegian and Swedish.
• Skjorta shares her name with a mountain located in Norway.
• She can be seen running around Bruma at night, apparently in an inebriated state, behavior caused by two AI packages labeled SkjortaRunAroundDrunk. She can still be engaged in normal conversation, as always. Other residents of town are less than impressed by her antics though: people will tell you that "Skjorta is a nuisance. She was running around town, drunk and naked again" and that Olfand should keep her under control.
