Sibylla Draconis is a Imperial Barbarian living in Muck Valley Cavern. As her mother Perennia Draconis says, she's basically as wild as the animals she lives with and will attack anyone other than her beloved animals on sight (unless she has a disposition of 75 or more).

• If you can raise her disposition, she will accept a yield and you can talk to her. But unlike the other members of the family you can only speak to her about rumors. She was obviously not meant to be spoken to.
• If you have the Gray Cowl of Nocturnal equipped she will not attack you and give you the common Thieves Guild Greeting to the Gray Fox

[edit] Bugs

• Sibylla is one of the NPCs who trigger the blood price during the Thieves Guild quest Ahdarji's Heirloom even though she has nothing to do with the quest.
  • This bug is fixed by the Unofficial Oblivion Patch.
