Mirabelle Monet is a female Breton Agent, and the publican at The Fo'c's'le in Anvil. She wanders around the harbor at evenings. She only gives beds to sailors (and shares them as well, leading to rumors around town: "Mirabelle Monet runs quite a boarding house. I understand all of the sailors leave very satisfied."), but she will provide you with advanced training in Sneak. She is not involved in any quests. From 6 a.m. she sleeps with her five lodgers, exhibiting a slight preference for the wood elf, Thurindil.
