Floyd Nathans

Floyd Nathans is a Breton bard living in the quiet village of Blankenmarch.

Like the other inhabitants of the village, he lives a quiet existence; At 6am, he gets out of bed, exits the house and spends the whole day walking around outside, doing nothing but talking with his neighbors, Hanz gro-Hubrag and Philip Franc. At 8pm, he reenters his house, where he sits down at the table and eats for two hours before finally going to bed at 10pm.

Floyd is armed with a leveled longsword or two-handed blade of the best possible quality. He wears randomly chosen middle-class clothing and carries a bottle of ale, beer, or cheap wine as well as a leveled amount of gold.

His home is located in the northern part of the village, and is pretty much a mess. Chairs and tables are turned over and spare clothing lies scattered on the floor. There is a small amount of ingredients lying on a table, but more interestingly, a fine iron bow can be found in a barrel next to the front door and there is a chest containing three bottles of Skooma, suggesting he is a Skooma addict.

[edit] Notes

  • Floyd is one of the few NPCs to have a randomly chosen wardrobe. The game engine chooses between five middle-class shirts, three middle-class pairs of pants and five middle-class pairs of shoes.
  • The door to Floyd's house is owned by Dar Jee and the house is identical to Dar Jee's house in Leyawiin, suggesting it was copied and pasted into Blankenmarch.
