Regulus Terentius on his throne in the County Hall of Castle Bravil

Regulus Terentius is the count of Bravil, and a stuck-up old snob to go with it. For 4000 gold, he will grudgingly sell you a filthy hovel on the bottom floor of a duplex in the south side of town. It's quite small, poorly furnished, and definitely not worth the price. He has a son, Gellius Terentius, who is described as a 'Skooma-sucker' in the rumors topic found when talking with Bravil citizens. It should also be noted that Regulus Terentius is the only Count that isn't an essential character, at least at the beginning of the game, and that he can be killed rather easily.
