Antoinetta Marie is a female Breton Assassin who lives in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary in Cheydinhal. She seems to have a dark and troubled past, having lived off the streets and spent some time in prison, where she suffered at the hands of the guards, and she even admits to having poisoned her own aunt. She's a recent recruit to the Brotherhood, but seems to fit right in. Depending on whether she likes you or not, she will either taunt you or offer some small advice about your current contract.

She is also very explicit about her adoration of Lucien Lachance: I will always think of Lucien Lachance as my savior. When he found me, I was living in a gutter, an inch away from death. I owe him everything.

When exiting conversation, if her Disposition towards you is 70 or higher, she will wish you well, with her trademark humour: "Good luck (brother/sister); I hope you don't get killed. I mean... umm..."
