[edit] Detailed Walkthroughs
[edit] Finding Reeh-Jah
South of Tel Fyr, north-west of the Erabenimsun Camp and north from the Maren Ancestral Tomb you will find the lone Reeh-Jah, a runaway Argonian slave who wants to go home. Though he initially may not talk about his situation, he will loosen up once his disposition is 50. Reeh-Jah is heading towards the Argonian Mission in Ebonheart in hopes to escape out of Morrowind.
[edit] The "Good" Path
If you wish to aid the slave, merely escort him to the Mission in Ebonheart. It is a long distance and you might like to take a boat ride from Sadrith Mora or maybe a silt strider from Molag Mar to Vivec and from there, a boat to Ebonheart.
[edit] The "Evil" Path
If you are having a mean streak, you can return the slave to his owner, Savile Imayn at the Tel Aruhn Slave Market. Since you are in the middle of nowhere, the only sensible option is to reach Tel Aruhn on foot, it's a moderate walk/swim to the northeast.
[edit] Rewards
If you escort the slave to Ebonheart you'll receive a nice reward of a Blood Belt and a Twin Lamps faction improvement once you introduce the slave to Im-Kilaya.
If, on the other hand, you take the slave to Tel Aruhn you'll receive 150 gold, or only 50 if he died on the way there. If you take this route you will lose Twin Lamps faction disposition if you mention the slave to Im-Kilaya in Ebonheart.
[edit] Notes
- In some of the unpatched versions after killing Reeh-Jah you can talk to his slave owner again and again about him and continuously receive 50 gold.
- There are a couple of illegible pages from Brief History of the Empire lying on the ground next to the place where you first find Reeh-Jah. These lay out a path leading to an outcast Ashlander Wise Woman's yurt; part of the Rescue Jocien Ancois quest for the Imperial Legion.
