Thavere Vedrano

Thavere Vedrano, a Dunmer commoner, lives at the Lighthouse in Seyda Neen. Thavere was the girlfriend of the local missing tax collector, Processus Vitellius. She wears a common robe, a pair of common shoes and a pair of common pants. She also carries 2 Standard Restore Health Potions with her, as well as some 20 drakes.

While the Lightouse is probably not hers, she does live and own all the stuff there. The contents of the crates, sacks and barrels are random and cheap (food, clutter, low-end ingredients, ...) but there are some more interesting items too. Firstly, there is the locked chest containing a steel warhammer you can find on the bottom level. Go upstairs and you'll find a bread, a bottle of Greef and the unarmored skill book 'The Wraith's Wedding Dowry'. All things considered, the lighthouse is a pretty nice place for her to live in, though there is no place to sleep.

She is involved in the quest Death of a Taxman: as Processus Vitellius' lover. She will put the player on the murderer's (Foryn Gilnith) trail: "Well, not even angry, I suppose. I saw him arguing once with Foryn Gilnith about his taxes. He thought Processus had been levying too much, and skimming off the top for himself. Ridiculous! Processus wouldn't have done such a thing, I'm sure of it. Please find out what happened, friend. And if you find out what became of Processus' ring, it would ease my heart."
Later on you can give her the ring in exchange for her two Standard Restore Health Potions.

Thavere Vedrano does not know any spells nor does she provide any services or posses any unique dialogue.

• She had to pay 134 drakes in taxes to the Seyda Neen Census and Excise Office.
