Huleeya is a male Argonian Assassin, who is a Thrall of the Morag Tong. He has some useful information regarding the Nerevarine Cult which you'll be asked to seek him for during the Vivec Informants quest - but first you'll have to deal with a couple of racist Dunmer who are currently causing him problems at the Black Shalk Cornerclub on the upper level of the Lower Waistworks in the Foreign Quarter of Vivec. He is a good friend of Jobasha, a Khajiit who owns a book store nearby. Huleeya is also a trainer, and has a supply of journeyman's thieves tools for sale.
