Dulian

Dulian is a Redguard priestess serving at Buckmoth Legion Fort. There she sells mainly ingredients and a few books, along with a selection of spells and spellmaking services to all who need them. She is a member of the Imperial Legion, so if you are also a member, she will not talk to you unless you are either wearing a uniform or outrank her. Dulian is a restocking vendor for Ash Yam, Kwama Cuttle, Muck, Resin, Scrib Jerky, Trama Root, and Willow Anther.
