Blatta Hateria

Blatta Hateria is an Imperial pauper who owns a fishing boat which can be found docked at Ebonheart. During and after the Mehra Milo and the Lost Prophecies quest, she will provide transport to the Holamayan monastery. If you talk to her before that, however, she tells you that you have mistaken her fishing boat for a transport, and will deny offering any services. She wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes. Aside from her natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, she knows no spells.

"Yup. Fishing's a little slow. Weather's been a bit warm."
"One day's pretty much like another to me. But you suit yourself."

"Do I know you? Were you thinking you might want to go fishing?"
  • go fishing:
"I know a fine place. Excellent fishing. My friend, Mehra Milo, says it's her favorite fishing spot. You ready to go?"
Yes: "Good. I'm ready to take you to Holamayan any time you're ready to travel. And I'll be here to offer that service any time you need it."
Not Yet: "Well, come see me whenever you're ready to go."
