Birer Indaram

Birer Indaram is the Deputy Marshal of the Buoyant Armigers, the military branch of the Tribunal Temple. He and his two brothers, Tidros and Giras, also Buoyant Armigers, can be found at the Armigers Stronghold in Molag Mar, and it seems Giras owes a debt to House Redoran for some armor repairs. Birer is far too busy do deal with this sort of thing, however, so you will have to deal with his brothers.

Befitting a Buoyant Armiger, Birer wears a glass cuirass, greaves, and boots. Under his armor he wears an expensive shirt, pants, and gloves. He carries a pair of expensive shoes along with the enchanted axe Last Rites. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the spells Poison Trap, Vivec's Wrath, Toxic Cloud, Daedric Bite, Dire Weakness to Shock, Dire Weakness to Poison, Dire Weakness to Magicka, Dire Weakness to Frost, Dire Weakness to Fire, Temptation, Wild Torpor, Torpor, Wearying Touch, Strain, and Clumsiness.
