Alfhedil Elf-Hewer, a male Nord Barbarian, is the master trainer of the Axe skill and can be found in the upper level of Falensarano Stronghold behind a locked door. Apparently he has come to some agreement with the surrounding hostile witches.

Also of note is that he is the second-highest existing trainer of Medium Armor in the game.

• Alfhedil is mentioned in the book The Third Door, a skill book for Axe.
• In the room he is in there are two chests one having gold in it the other having several axes,one of which is an ebony War-Axe. Feel free to take them, as Alfhedil won't do anything.
