The Isle of Balfiera is a province of High Rock consisting of seven islands found within the Iliac Bay. The largest settlement is the town of Upvale. The Isle of Balfiera is most notably known for The Direnni Tower. Bretons predominate The Isle of Balfiera.

The isles have no capital or regional temples, though Akatosh is popular in several settlements.
