This quest is one of those quests that run in the background and are used to control various events related to the Main Quest of Daggerfall.

The purpose of this quest is to send Gortwog's orcs after you once your Reputation with him drops beyond 10 and the quest Who Gets the Totem is still running. The quest starts also in case you exit Castle Daggerfall with the totem and your reputation with Gortwog is lower than 10.

The start up of the quest is irreversible, even when your reputation goes up to 10 or higher again, the quest remains active. Its time limit is 444 days 10 hours and 40 minutes.

• 15x Three Orc Shamans every one-hundred in-game minutes (3% chance) once the quest is started
• 15x Three Orc Warlords every one-hundred in-game minutes (3% chance) once the quest is started

• The quest will not stop until the time limit has expired, even when the totem has already been given to someone or it has vanished after 361 days.
