I think this page should be turned into a dis-ambiguous page, since there are also sapphires in this game, and they actually have a use beyond being something to sell. --Saphireking65 00:10, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
Her Real Name
Will dialogue options concerning her real name open some time? I've completed all possible Thieves Guild quests except returning the Left Eye of the Falmer because of a glitch, but she still says she may talk about it later. Maybe marriage is required? Lauriy
:Unfortunately, she is not able to be married. I guess we'll never know. What a tease! --Cdevine 16:12, 23 November 2011 (UTC)
::Her real name is Leona Black-Briar. The Black-Briar family attacked the farm of her biological parents when she was a baby, and rapted her, raising her as their own child.--Veehmot 23:18, 27 November 2011 (UTC)
:::I can confirm this. You have to complete all quests from the Thieves to get the truth revealed. Veehmot

Please don't give false information. Iv'e done most things you can do in the game so I know for a fact that what your saying is lies. Nice name though. However if the black briers raped her how is you decided she is black brier?. 90.194.194.37

Reviewing the string files, I find no references whatsoever to any "Leona" (not including Leonara Arius). Even searching for all references to Black-Briar don't turn up anything. From looking at the dialog branches for Sapphire in a hex editor, there doesn't appear to be anything other than the same old story she tells. Hopefully the Creation Kit is released soon to verify, as her story has potential. 24.111.157.138 08:22, 25 December 2011 (UTC)

This is merely a speculation that might be far-fetched really, but after finding a note to "keep an eye on Sapphire because she's more than it might seem at first glance" I was thinking - Could it be that it's her who wrote the book Fall From Glory and her story is simply a cover-up? I can't remember whether anyone in the guild knows her name or not. (83.16.137.22 08:11, 26 December 2011 (UTC))

Possibly marriage
Through the use of console commands you can make it so that you can have her as a follower and marry her. She doesn't have any for the follower part, but she does have all the voice files for marriage. Does this mean that there is some possible way to marry her without cheats? 68.48.17.208

:every NPC has the files, most cant be married though. (Eddie The Head 06:37, 1 December 2011 (UTC))
::She does ask what she can carry if you want to give her something. I haven't heard her say anything to the effect of "look at that!" or such, but she does have the basic follower dialogue. Varus2319 07:36, 5 December 2011 (UTC)

There is a book that can be found on the bottom shelf of a bookshelf in the Jorrvaskr Living Quarters ("An Explorer's Guide to Skyrim" http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:An_Explorer%27s_Guide_to_Skyrim). Reading it updates your map, but I don't know what it adds to the map. Probably the four locations of Stones of Fate mentioned in the book. I don't know how to do the wiki editing thing properly or I'd put it on the page myself.

I just experienced a nasty bug with Jorrvaskr hall where You can't leave the hall after entering it. In this topic: http://forums.steamgames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2241816 Someone experienced the exact same bug, but what is interesting is that I also was at level 55 when this happened, so it MIGHT have something to do with this or something related. If this happens to you, use player.moveto command to teleport to some character that you know is outside Whiterun. Afterwards I could enter Whiterun normally.
So at the end of the final thieves guild quest, Karliah is supposed to go to Nightingale Hall but for some weird reason, she goes back to Snow Veil Sanctum. I'm guessing this is a bug? She shows up once you restore the guild to its former glory, and then goes all the way back to Snow Veil Sanctum, where the cinematic occurred. Even if you use console commands to place her at the player, she just walks back to Snow Veil Sanctum.

::- I get this as well.

::Is there any way to un-glitch her and get her to return back to where she belongs? (129.21.137.153 07:15, 25 November 2011 (UTC))

::It's not much, but having the same problem, I think that game somehow fails to recognize that the quest is finished, as it still treats Gallus' journal as a necessary quest-related item when every other journal can be dropped after finishing a quest. Also because the Nightingale Hall stays as it was (there should be a portal to Twilight Sepulcher at least). Checking TG09 (Darkness Returns) with SQS revealed that my game never recognized me entering Quest Stage 0, after rerunning the whole quest with setstage and SQS Console commands, I did at least force the Inner Sanctum to stay in the "activated" mode, but it never fixed the Karliah bug, and I think the Sanctum got fixed because I glitched the game even more. Maybe this will provide some ideas concerning how to fix this bug 83.16.137.22 13:08, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

At the end of the Thieves guild quest Karliah does not return to the Nightingale HQ but heads to the basement of Frozen Hearth Inn in Winterhold. She will greet you as though you are back in the Nightingale Hall.

Is she a companion/follower after the quests, or is she just a follower for blindsighted?
