The Morrowind Patch Project pretty much isn't available anymore, at least not the latest versions. It's been superseded by the , which is available on . It basically aims to correct the hundreds of bugs left over in the game after the final official patch was issued. The mod is still being actively supported (latest version was issued 25 December 2020). Full documentation is available on the Nexusmods mod page along with complete installation instructions.

Note that this is different from the Morrowind Code Patch (which you put in the title of this thread). The PfP aims to correct everything that can be corrected using the Construction Set, while the MCP corrects things that can't be done through the CS and require code changes.

I have a copy of the Morrowind Code Patch, though I'm not sure about the nature surrounding its lack of availability and how that pertains to sharing it.

Maybe someone knows more than me about that.

EDIT: Looking at the page, that all looks fairly available to me. Unless I'm missing the issue here. Been a long time since I modded Morrowind so I'm not entirely versed on the differences in patches these days.
