Is there a way to change the names of cells in the Construction Set AND HAVE THEM STAY THAT WAY? Certain characters aren't typable in the console (alt-codes don't work), so the "coc" command can't be used with them. Not that I frequently cheat or anything, but I like having that backdoor in case I need it.

I've made a small plugin file that was supposed to change some cell names (one of which was in Russian, which would be great if Morrowind could display Russian because then I could read if not type it, but it's just a bunch of accented vowels), and a whole bunch of cells in the Silgrad Tower mod because the author infuriatingly switches between using apostrophes for possessives (the correct form) and using the acute accent in them (WRONG WRONG WRONG, and it's also wrong to use the grave or acute accent in place of quotation marks. It doesn't make the text look fancier or better-done, it makes it look stupid).

Please tell me how to make the cell names stay the way I name them. It would also be nice to be able to remove deleted cells from the list instead of having them remain in the list of cell names and prevent the creation or renaming of cells with the same name.

Edit: I suppose it would work to modify the addon itself instead of applying a new one on top of it, but I don't like modifying .esp files that aren't my own creation.
