Imperial City PTS Testing

Is anyone planning on downloading the PTS to test out Imperial City? If so, we could set up a special UESP PTS Guild for anyone who wants to test together, as there is only one PTS server (it's not split into NA and EU). Since Imperial City is located in Cyrodiil, we could even do testing cross-faction, if we agree not to kill each other

I believe guilds stay intact. We could just have Euro people join the NA guild and vice versa depending on which characters are copied onto the PTS at any particular time.

Yeah sure, as long as some of the existing officers have the PTS and are able to add people. We wouldn't be able to change any permissions though if either Baratron or Legoless don't have the PTS.
