Hello. I have enchanted an exquisite robe with "fortify intelligence 1-15". Now I have spent half an hour reequipping it to get +15, but it doesn't work. I get any any other result but +15, even +14 many times in a row. Before I have made an exquisite ring 1-47 and managed to get +47 after some reequipping. But not with the stupid robe. Is there any cheat to fix it? Because the randomizer is broken, since it gives any number but the maximum.

I know this is replying to a real old post but Luck is a major factor in getting better rolls. Try fortifying Luck with a spell or a potion.
