So I'm stuck as an Adept in the Tribunal Temple. I can't get any more quests until I'm a Curate, but they won't let me advance. I meet the requirements (Personality/Intelligince above 31, have skills well above 50 and 15), but still can't advance. Do the skill requirements only apply to the 'favored skills' of the Temple? Or am I missing something?

The skill requirement is for the favoured skills - Unarmoured, Alchemy, Restoration, Conjuration, Mysticism, Blunt Weapon.

What exactly are you told when you ask for advancement?

Yup, that was it - bumped up Restoration to 50, now a Curate.
